At-Home Ketamine Therapy
A physician-guided program using personalized titration through a wider therapeutic range than most at-home providers offer — prescribed, monitored, and adjusted by your psychiatrist at every step. Ketamine is prescribed off-label for mental health conditions.
10-Session Ketamine Program
- Ten guided at-home sessions with individualized dose titration
- Preparation guidance, safety protocol, and sitter framework
- Direct physician oversight throughout — not a coaching network
- Medication filled by a licensed compounding pharmacy (billed separately)
Ketamine Maintenance
Ongoing physician monitoring and prescription management after your initial program.
Kratom & 7-OH Recovery
A complete, physician-led taper program: evaluation, an individualized taper protocol, prescription medication support as clinically indicated, and follow-up through the acute detox window.

Monthly Management
Dose titration, side-effect management, and progress tracking. Medication is filled through your insurance or manufacturer direct-pay programs.
Labs & Genetic Testing
Pharmacogenomic testing and laboratory work ordered when they will genuinely change your care.
Results Review Consult
Testing is billed to you directly by the lab at their price — we never mark it up. This visit covers physician interpretation and treatment adjustments based on your results.
Ketamine is prescribed off-label for mental health conditions. All care is provided by telehealth and is subject to a clinical evaluation; not every applicant is a candidate for every program. You will receive a Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before beginning care.
