Simple, transparent fees

Alara is a cash-pay practice. We do not bill insurance directly, which keeps our pricing clear and our visits free of insurance-driven time limits. You pay a flat fee at the time of your visit, and you always know the cost before you book. If you would like a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, we are happy to provide one.

Initial psychiatric evaluation. $200 for a comprehensive first appointment, typically 60 minutes.

Follow-up visit. $150 for ongoing medication management and follow-up care.

Ketamine-assisted treatment. $300 for the initial evaluation and $150 per follow-up. An at-home ketamine program is available for $1,000, which includes your evaluation, clinical guidance throughout, three integration sessions, and enough medication to support up to ten at-home sessions. Ketamine is used off-label for psychiatric conditions and is not FDA-approved for the treatment of depression.

Medication-assisted recovery. Contact for pricing. At-home medical support for opioid, kratom, and 7-OH dependence, tailored to your needs and discussed during evaluation.

Metabolic and weight care. $200 for the initial visit with labs and medication, then $200 per month, which includes labs ordered and reviewed, GLP-1 medication prescribed when appropriate, and ongoing guidance.

Pharmacogenomic testing. Contact for pricing, billed by the testing lab; we can discuss whether it is worthwhile for you.
