One practice for every layer of mental health

Medication, therapy, and advanced treatments under one roof — with the same physician mind behind every decision.

Psychiatry & Med Management

Careful diagnosis and evidence-based medication for depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, bipolar disorder, and eating concerns.

Substance Use Recovery

Medication-assisted treatment for alcohol, opioid, nicotine, and kratom / 7-OH dependence. Private, judgment-free, fully telehealth.

Therapy

Focused individual therapy, standalone or paired with medication visits — your prescriber and your therapist are the same mind.

At-Home Ketamine

Physician-supervised ketamine at home, with in-office IV/IM available — the structured integration most clinics skip.

Weight & Metabolic Care

GLP-1 therapy prescribed through a psychiatric lens — including medication-related weight gain and binge eating.

Testing & Labs

Pharmacogenomic testing and baseline bloodwork, so treatment decisions rest on your biology — not guesswork.

Ketamine opens a window.
Integration is what you build through it.

In the days after a ketamine session, the brain enters a period of heightened neuroplasticity — old patterns loosen and new ones can take hold. Most clinics dose and disconnect. We treat that window as the treatment: every at-home course includes guided integration and structured neuroplasticity coaching to rewrite the beliefs and habits underneath your symptoms.

Physician-Led, Start to Finish

Evaluation, prescribing, and monitoring by a board-certified psychiatrist throughout your course.

Guided At-Home Sessions

Structured, supported sessions in the comfort of your own home — with in-office IV/IM available when appropriate.

Integration Built In

Integration sessions with every course, and neuroplasticity coaching timed to the post-session window.

Ketamine is FDA-approved as an anesthetic; its use for depression and other mental health conditions is off-label. Treatment requires an individualized psychiatric evaluation and is not appropriate for everyone.

Your thoughts are a set of paths worn into a field. You walk the same routes so many times that the grass gives up, the path is set. Anxiety & Depression stomp their ruts into these paths. So does the third drink, & the voice that tells you change can happen tomorrow, but not today, we’re busy today. These paths make up your personality, though they are just paths, & these paths are only dirt that lost an argument.

Ketamine, when used properly, does one quiet & remarkable thing: for a little while, the grass grows back. The ground goes soft. For a short stretch of days, it becomes possible to walk a NEW path & have it hold. That is the whole miracle, though not really a miracle — it is biology — it is also not enough on its own, because a soft field with nobody walking it just hardens back into the same old ruts. That is the part we cannot skip.

As your psychiatrist, I don't hand you the medicine & wave goodbye. We stay, while the ground is still soft, we help you wear into the new path: that the world might be worth stepping into, that you are allowed to feel well, that the thing that has been running your life doesn't get the last word. You do. That is the entire idea & it’s a good one.

Founded & led by Dr. Grant Bullock, the practice is built on evidence-based methods & unhurried, one-on-one care — so treatment decisions rest on your history, not a template.
